Easa 13

Easter was a little different this year.

We spent it at home instead of traveling. So we had a whole new adventure and activities going on.
The girls and I attended an Easter egg hunt sponsored by the Junior Auxiliary of Saline County for special needs children. It was raining and cold but they had a blast. The bunny was there for pictures and the kids had a field of eggs to chase after.
Olivia filled her basket to the brim and then turned to face me with a look of despair. The next thing I know, she had recruited a JA volunteer with a poncho as a pouch to help her be greedy with the eggs! The poor lady was standing in the drizzle of rain while Olivia dumped bucket after bucket into her poncho. Lol.
They got lots of prizes and really enjoyed the event.

We had a glow in the dark night time hunt in the house due to weather being bad. And then had a big Easter feast on Sunday.

New traditions are fun. We missed our Newhope family and send them all our love!
